These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal business name] ("we", "us"), which runs LaserQuote Pro at laserquotepro.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

LaserQuote Pro helps you estimate prices for laser cutting and engraving jobs and produce quotes for your customers. Prices it shows are calculated from the rates, costs and times you enter. You decide what to charge; check every quote before you send it.

Your account

• You need an account to use the app, and you must give accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and use the app for your business or personal projects lawfully.

Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Plans & billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you before a change affects your plan, and it applies from your next billing period.

Your data

The quotes, clients, materials and settings you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break into other accounts or our systems, overload the service, copy the app, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LaserQuote Pro available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything important; the app can export a backup from Settings.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". Estimates depend on the information you enter and are not a guarantee of your costs, cutting times or profit.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before the change takes effect. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law
