This policy explains what information [Legal business name] ("we", "us") collects when you use LaserQuote Pro, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture from your Google account.
- Your shop data: the quotes, clients, materials, machines and settings you enter. Client details you add (such as names, emails and phone numbers) are stored for you, so you can quote them.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and stay with Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: basic information our hosting and sign-in providers record to run and protect the service, such as IP addresses and browser type.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, store and sync your data between your devices, and produce your quotes.
- To manage your trial and subscription.
- To contact you about your account, billing or important changes.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your shop data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what they need:
- Google Firebase for sign-in and data storage.
- Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare for hosting the website.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Stored on your device
The app stores some information in your browser so it works quickly and offline: a cached copy of your shop data, the quote you're working on, and preferences such as light or dark mode. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your shop data, except for billing records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
- You can view, change or delete your data in the app at any time, and export a backup from Settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information or to delete your account by emailing [Contact email].
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and each account can only reach its own shop data. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password or sign in with Google.
Children
LaserQuote Pro is for businesses and adults. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before the change takes effect.
